The Sheepfold Ministries (TSM) runs a school that trains and equips trainees to become effective gospel workers in the mission field.

The Centre for Missionary Training - CMT, prepares missionaries to pioneer work among unreached communities. Trainees are equipped for cross-cultural evangelism and disciples making. The training emphasises character quality with incarnation and the cross of Jesus Christ as models.

Training Philosophy

We train for a Kingdom which is not of this world. Our trainees will fight against the spiritual darkness dominating the unreached world. We prepare Christ's soldiers to wage spiritual war, utilising the weapons and tactics of weakness, suffering, vulnerability and humility.

Trainees are the incarnational representatives of Christ.

STUDENTS

The background of our students vis a viz what we are preparing them for is important. Our students come from an elite background, are well educated, have a good social life and are well off, relative to where they will work.

This is not to paint the picture that missions is from haves to the have-nots, or the educated to the illiterate. Rather, a Christian mission must come from the fellowship of faithfuls to all outside this community - whoever and wherever they may be.

Entry requirements

• A pass as KSCE Level.
• A growing born-again Christian.
• Be a responsible Christian accountable to a local church of which you are a member.
